Anik and I were discussing on the possible ways to increase optin rates since we had noticed a steady drop from our own optin pages. We need a future-proof solution that would help us and others – hence OptinLabs was born.

OptinLabs is a suite of email tools, which in it’s current state consists of:

  • Quizzes
  • Browser Push Notifications
  • Split Testing

Our goal was to create a massively easy-to-use UI with only the most important bells-and-whistles.

And boy, are we proud of how we’ve started to grow not only our email lists, but of our users as well.

We’ve already got a bunch of people signing up every day and plans on how to scale.

In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be rolling out multiple Facebook ads, strike partnerships with influencers, host a lot of webinars, release tons of great content including videos, and even release neat features and free widgets.

Notably, I just finished developing our privacy policy generator for optin pages and we’ll be doing some content marketing around it to generate buzz.

Lots of things to do, and this project couldn’t have come at a better time.

There’s about a hundred items on my to-do list right now because I’m handling pretty much everything. The hustle is REAL!

There’s a lot of fresh learning going on due to my massive involvement in this project, and I’ll do my best to release some case studies from our results.

Currently, our Facebook ads are working really well – of course, cause Anik is a master of persuasion and also because we’ve done some super-awesome case studies for our first version of the webinar.

I’ve even experimented with Twitter Ads and Bing Ads – the results have been meh so far.

The biggest change for me will be creating value-oriented YouTube videos on our new channel.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this project. Leave a comment below 🙂
